REFUND & SHIPPING POLICIES

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products and guarantee their quality.  We will honor, a full refund of product(s). However, the items must be returned within seven business days of delivery with the original receipt. The product(s) being returned must also be in its "original" packaging and packaging must be intact, unopened and damaged freeNo refunds will be honored for items opened or used and/or returned with a postmark date later than seven business days of the date the item was received by customer. We are sorry we are unable to refund any shipping or handling charges.  If, however, the package is returned as a result of our error, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc., we will gladly pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  We will respond quickly (within 24-48 hours) with instructions on how to return items from your order.

ORDER PROCESSING.

We accept orders 7 days a week.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm EST. Orders received after 6 pm EST. during the week or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are not processed on holidays.  Orders with different bill-to and ship-to addresses, may require additional authorization. Special orders, personalization, customizations, and bulk orders will take longer. Customers will be given frequent status updates regarding these products.  

In general orders, except  for custom & bulk, are shipped weekly on Saturdays.

SHIPPING

We currently only to the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be available to ship to certain destinations in the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping notification you receive from the shipper.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  We also offer a flat rate.  A flat rate is a rate we have determined based on the average weight of packages shipped.  We want our customers to receive items quickly and in the quality it left our location.  To ensure the best protection for our customers, we ship products priority mail with insurance and tracking.  Once we ship, the shipper will email you (directly from its servers) with tracking information. 

Shipping rates are dictated by the shipper.  We have secured discount shipping rates for packages.  We do not charge extra to ship items to our customers; we would rather pass these savings onto our customers.  As of January 21, 2018, USPS Priority Mail rates increased.  As a result, the shipping fee has slightly increased for 2018.
