While our skin care products consist mainly of natural and naturally derived ingredients, irritation may still occur. Be sure to do a patch test on the inside of your forearm, (where the skin is most delicate and similar to the skin on your face), to make sure the skin does not have an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients used in the formulation of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Some essential oils should be avoided by pregnant women. Pregnant women should consult a medical professional before using these products.

Simply "She" Boutique skin care products use high-quality food-grade ingredients. While they may look and smell good enough to eat, they should never be ingested or consumed internally. They are for "EXTERNAL USE ONLY". Parents should monitor the use of products with children. Should any of the products be consumed by mistake, contact a medical professional as soon as possible.
AVOID EXTREME HEAT.
Some raw ingredients will melt in extreme heat. If the product melts, refrigerate to solidify. Keep products in a cool and dry place. Some products are best kept refrigerated for longer shelf life and to retain its intended form.
DISCREPANCIES IN ORDER.
All orders should be inspected immediately or within 24 hours of receipt. Please notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies. We will addressed discrepancies immediately and rectify to the best of our ability.
CANCELING AN ORDER.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders at checkout prior to submitting an order. Customers wishing to cancel orders after the order has been submitted should review the refund policies for any remedies.
We stand by the quality of our products and will do our very best to deliver a superior product to customers. Customers purchase products "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

All payments (online or in-person) are taken prior to any order being processed, made, packed, or shipped. Orders are prepaid via cash, money order, certified check (in-person orders only), PayPal or credit card. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) online and in-person. Credit card orders in the amount of $500.00 or more, may require additional authorization from the card holder.
